We're Off!

Hello!
We are finally heading out friends! We are off to take the voyage of a lifetime!

We will be heading out today around 10:30 a.m., meeting at our Church building to regroup, then driving to O'Hare airport in Chicago. Once there, our next feat will be a 9 hour flight to Warsaw and then a 6-8 hour layover! Our next flight arrives for a short jaunt of just over an hour to Vilnius (Lithuania's capital) where we will load up for our 2 hour drive to the campsite. That's where we will be spending our next 6 days.

Our time will not be consumed in only construction work. We have planned a day and a half of touring and shopping in the nearby towns! We pray we will be open to and ready for whatever may come our way, and ultimately be a blessing to the people there! This will be a growing time for our little group to say the least!

We would also like to send out a special thanks to our Mother. Without her help this trip may not have been possible, at least for our family. Thank you Mom for all of your hard work and many thoughts. You made our hope possible and never gave up when things seemed impossible!
We love you and will miss you.

Please be praying for our safety, along with each one of our teammates who will be joining us on our journey! This has been a long time coming, but that does not exclude hidden challenges that the enemy may throw our way!

Thanks to each of you!
We can't wait to share our travels with you on our homecoming!!

Ta-ta and Shalom!!

** Please take note that since we will be gone we will not be posting until our return. We thought it better that we keep this post on the top of our blog so that everyone will have an idea of what is really going on. Nor will we have the opportunity to use wifi where we will be staying. So we are leaving it up to y'all to keep us informed with our little blogging world! We will miss peeking through the window of your lives while we are away, but it is all for a wonderful reason, no?**
